Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Flint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
License
Flint grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the application on any Mac that you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement and the Apple End User License Agreement.
Description of Service
Flint is a macOS application designed to help you scan, analyze, and manage files stored in cloud storage providers such as iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Dropbox.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use Flint in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for your files and for any actions taken with the application, including file deletion.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the application.
Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
